
John Whetstone Hutton
Having spent some years as a teenager in the DC Metro area, Whet decided to relocate to Washington, DC after graduating from law school. He started his career selling real estate as a licensed realtor and made the transition to a settlement attorney in 1998. As a realtor, purchaser and attorney, Whet has presided over too many settlements to count and takes pride in his ability to work through any problems that arise at the settlement table.
Whet, his wife and three young daughters currently live in Montgomery County, Maryland. Prior to graduating from the University of Alabama School of Law, Whet received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and graduated from Deerfield Academy in Massachusetts.
Christopher Patt
Chris grew up in Southern Maryland but left in the middle of high school to live and train in Miami, Florida, as a nationally ranked tennis player. He earned a Division I scholarship to Eastern Kentucky University and played the top spot in both singles and doubles for his three years there before transferring to the University of Maryland (College Park). After graduating from Maryland, he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2000. Prior to specializing in real estate law, Chris was a corporate and securities lawyer at a large Boston based law firm in their Washington, DC office.
Chris currently resides in Montgomery County, Maryland with his wife and their two young sons.
